  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional, for added flavor)
  • Salt and black pepper , to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
  • 6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled

For the Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom for variety)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
