Slow Cooker Amish Chicken and Noodles Recipe

Time-Saving Slow Cooker Recipe: Put some minced garlic and diced onion in the slow cooker. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley, and then place it on top.
Pump in the liquid: Before serving, cover the chicken with the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Gently mix.

For a tender chicken, cover and simmer on low for six to seven hours or high for three to four hours.

Take the chicken out of the slow cooker, shred it, and put it back in.
Submerge the egg noodles in the broth before adding them to the slow cooker. To make sure the noodles are soft, cover and simmer for 30–40 minutes on high heat.
Enhancement (Optional): To make it creamier, you may add milk or heavy cream.
To serve, give it a good stir, taste it, and add some fresh parsley as a garnish. Hot is best.
