ingredients:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 diced medium onion
2 minced cloves of garlic, 3 medium carrots, 3 chopped stalks of celery, and 6 cups of chicken broth (or low-sodium broth)
Two cups of cooked and shredded chicken
8 ounces of cubed, softened cream cheese
Chopped cheddar cheese, measuring 1 cup
One-half teaspoon of dried dill
Parsley, half a teaspoon
Adjust with salt & pepper as desired.
1 egg noodles (or your preferred kind of noodle)—half a cup
1/2 cup crumbled cooked turkey bacon
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnishing)
