minced garlic (three cloves)
potatoes, divided into 4 cups

3/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Toss with salt and pepper.

20 milliliters of butter

Prepare Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove any extra fat after cooking and set aside.
