If you see these eggs in your garden, take action right away!

What do I dislike more than ticks? Let me see... Last summer, I had the not-so-great experience of seeing many of them very closely. My dog attracted a lot of ticks, and the only way to remove them was by carefully using tweezers. I'm so glad I wasn't the only one dealing with all these ticks. My close friend was there, supporting me. However, it is important to mention that she was very disgusted by the entire situation, so her way of showing "support" was to observe from a faraway and secure place. So, that's all you need to know about ticks, okay? Gross, frightening, and I hope to never see them again. Just the thought of them gives me the shivers. I was horrified when I first saw tick eggs...

For those who are not familiar with ticks, they are tiny creatures that suck blood and can cause problems by spreading diseases to pets and people. Ticks are like unwelcome guests in nature, but they also bring the danger of diseases like Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever, among others.

What should you do if you find a tick? The main rule of Tick Club is: do not get worried. Use small tweezers to grab the tick as near to the skin as you can. Pull up steadily and evenly. The aim is to remove the tick carefully without breaking it or leaving any parts in the skin. After removing the tick, clean the bitten area and your hands with alcohol, iodine solution, or soap and water. Do not crush the tick with your fingers. Dispose of it by immersing it in alcohol, sealing it in a bag or container, wrapping it in tape, or flushing it down the toilet.

Let's make this clear: it is always best to see a doctor instead of trying to remove a tick on your own. It's best to have a professional take out the tick from your body.
