List of ingredients:



1 pound of ground beef



1 onion, cut into small pieces.



3 cups of chopped cabbage



1 cup of green beans, sliced in half.



1 cup of chopped celery



Half of a bell pepper, cut into small pieces.



One can of diced tomatoes, 796ml.



One can of tomato paste, 156ml.



1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning



3 chopped garlic cloves



3/4 of a liter of broth (vegetable, beef, or chicken).



1 cup of instant rice, not cooked.



Add salt and pepper according to your preference.



Directions:



Cook minced meat until it is fully cooked and then put it in the slow cooker. Add all the vegetables, then pour in the broth, chopped tomatoes, and tomato paste on top.



Put the spices in, cover the dish, and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours. In the final 15-20 minutes, add the rice and let it cook by itself. Check the rice in 10 minutes, and then keep checking every few minutes to see if it's done.
