Heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.


Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.


Combine graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl to create the crust.


Push the dough into the baking dish.


Mix cream cheese and brown sugar together using a hand mixer in a bowl.


Put your eggs in one by one.


Include cream, flour, vanilla, and salt. Mezcla.


Pour the mixture onto the crust in the pan.


Cover the lower part of the pan with aluminum foil and place it on the baking sheet.


Cook in the oven for one hour.


After the cheesecake finishes baking, partially open the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool inside the oven for one hour with the oven turned off.


Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.


Prepare your topping by melting butter and brown sugar in a pan over low heat. Let it begin to boil.


Include cinnamon, thick cream, pecans, and salt. Combine.


Allow the mixture to cool down for 20 minutes.


Pour the sauce on top of the cheesecake and serve.
