Breathing difficulties occur when the lungs do not receive enough oxygen for the body to work properly. If you or someone you know has trouble breathing, it's important to see a doctor as it could be a sign of a possible heart attack.

If you suddenly feel weak for no apparent reason, your body might be telling you to slow down and think about your lifestyle.

6. Feeling of heaviness in the chest.
One common sign of a heart attack is feeling pressure in the chest. This pressure will keep rising until the attack occurs.

7. Feet that are larger than usual.
If you have congestive heart failure, it means that one or both of the lower chambers of your heart are not pumping blood effectively. As a result, blood can accumulate in your legs, ankles, and feet, leading to swelling.
