Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Put grease on the bottom of a 9-inch loaf pan.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Then, mix in sugar, melted butter, eggnog, rum extract, and vanilla extract. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Add this mixture to the eggnog, stirring gently until everything is well mixed. Pour into a mold.
Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let the pan cool for 11 minutes before transferring the food to a wire rack to finish cooling. Wrap in plastic and keep in the fridge.
