Dough for making brioche bread:

Pour the warm milk with the yeast into a small bowl and stir until well mixed. We keep.
In a big bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and eggs.
Mix the yeast and eggs with the dry ingredients until well combined, either by hand or using a machine.
Put the butter in and knead the dough until it is stretchy and smooth.
We have to mix the dough for around 20 minutes.
We put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth or plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
Brioche bread:

We place the dough on a flat surface for baking and cut it into pieces of around 50 grams. Then, we place the pieces in a greased pan or on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
We spread the loaves with the egg mixed with salt and let them rise again in a warm spot for another 2 hours.
Making brioche bread:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
We placed our baking tray in the oven and baked it for around 25 minutes.
We allowed it to cool on a grid.
