1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar (250 mL) 1 can (5½ oz) milk that has had some of its water content removed
1 cup, which is equivalent to 250 milliliters. cut walnuts or pecans
1 cup of shredded coconut
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter until they are well blended. Put oil or butter on a baking pan that measures 13 by 9 inches. Put the mixture into the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Avoid baking for too long. While the cake is in the oven, get the frosting ready. Heat butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a small pot until it boils. Cook and stir for around 5 minutes, or until it thickens a bit. Take off the heat and mix in coconut and pecans. Take the cake out of the oven and use a kebab skewer or the handle of a wooden spoon to make holes in the cake. Put the sweet icing on the cake and allow it to cool down. Have fun!
