GUIDELINES
Start with potatoes that have been washed and dried. Take out the eyes and then use a fork to make a few holes in each one, ensuring you pierce all sides.
Afterwards, gently apply olive oil to each potato and add salt to taste.
Cover each potato with foil and put them in the slow cooker.
Cook for 7 to 8 hours on low heat or 4 to 5 hours on high heat.
Once they are soft, all you have to do is serve and enjoy! Feel free to add cheese, sour cream, and bacon to your taste.
