2 tablespoons of butter without salt, melted.
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

5. Sprinkle the rest of the bread crumb mixture over the scallops in the dish.
Cook in the oven that has been heated beforehand until the scallops are solid and not transparent, for around 18-20 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the baked scallops and serve them with lemon slices on the side.
Different Types and Advice
To make it more exciting, you can add a bit of crushed red pepper to the bread crumb mixture. Replacing the parsley with some chopped fresh basil or dill can give a new and pleasant herbal flavor. For people who really love cheese, adding some shredded Gruyère along with the Parmesan gives a nice rich taste.
