Ingredients: 12 big eggs
2 and a half cups of milk
1/2 cup of thick cream
1 cup of chopped ham 8 cups of diced bread cubes
1/4 teaspoon of chopped garlic
2 cups of frozen grated potatoes
1/4 cup of diced green onions
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese or a mix of your preferred cheeses
Directions:
1. Heat your oven to 400°F and grease a bundt cake pan well.
In a pan, warm up some olive oil. Put chopped garlic and cook hashbrowns until they are golden brown. Let it cool down.
3. Create your breakfast bundt following these steps: Place half of the diced bread in a layer. Add chopped ham, green onions, cooled shredded potatoes, and 1 cup of grated cheese. Put the rest of the bread cubes on top.
4. In a medium-sized bowl, mix eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
5. Pour the mix into the greased round cake pan, making sure the ingredients are spread evenly. Put foil on top of the pan and wait a bit. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. (We enjoy adding extra ham on top.)
6. Put in the oven that you have already heated for 40 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and the cake is firm in the middle.
7. Let the cake cool down before carefully turning it over onto a plate for serving.
