Put the pineapple, including the juice, in a bowl. Mix in the pudding powder until it becomes creamy. Add the mandarin oranges after removing the liquid. Add more fruit and mix well until it is completely covered and creamy.
Put the salad in the fridge until it is cold. Don't wait too long, or the bananas will become brown. You can also serve immediately without chilling. For me, it's best when it's cold.
