Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup of olive oil
2 to 4 teaspoons of lemon juice squeezed from a fresh lemon.
one clove of garlic, finely chopped
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of coarse salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Caprese Pasta Salad
Half a pound of dry pasta (small pasta like farfalle is recommended).
Eight ounces of fresh mozzarella cut into cubes or small balls.
Two cups of grape tomatoes cut in half and one-third cup of thinly sliced basil leaves.
To add flavor, put salt and pepper.

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or jar with a lid.
Mix all the ingredients well by whisking or shaking. Set aside.
Follow the directions on the package to prepare the pasta.
To finish cooking the pasta and keep it firm, strain and rinse with cold water after cooking.
Put the cold pasta, chopped basil, small mozzarella balls, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
Pour the pre-made vinaigrette dressing over the ingredients and mix everything together.
If needed, you can add more salt and pepper to your liking and adjust the flavor.
