Coconut and Raspberry Cake with Holes

Begin by following the instructions on the package to prepare and bake the cake. After the cake has cooled down, use the handle of a wooden spoon to make holes in it about an inch apart, pressing down halfway. After that, combine raspberry gelatin with hot water and pour it over the cake. The gelatin will fit nicely into the gaps you made and spread onto the cake.

Once the Jello is poured, heat raspberry jam in the microwave and spread it on top of the cake. Lastly, add some whipped cream and shredded coconut on top! The final outcome is a tasty and moist cake with a hint of raspberry and sweet coconut taste.

This cake is quick to make and great for sharing with a group or enjoying with your family during the summer. Feel free to try the recipe below, but be careful, it's really hard to stop eating once you start!
