Heat the oven to 325F and cover a 13 x 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
Put aside. Put salt and pepper on the chicken breasts.
Put cornstarch in a big plastic bag and then add the chicken breast. Shake to cover.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat until it starts to sizzle.
Put chicken breasts in beaten eggs and then place them in the pan. Cook the chicken until it turns golden brown and then put it in the pan.
In a bowl, mix together sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sea salt using a whisk.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake for 1 hour, turning the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
Eat with rice.
