Old Fashioned Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce


 four sliced bread pieces 
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
One cup sugar; one teaspoon powder of cinnamon
One teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg; 1 teaspoon salt
One cup of raisins
One third cup of slivered almonds
Turn oven 360 degrees pre-heat.
Drizzle the baking pan with caramel or butter.
Cut bread into squares; dip in milk.
Beat the eggs with sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, nutmeg while the bread is soaking nicely.
After bread soaked in milk, combine the egg mixture with it and toss the raisins and almonds into the dough.
Spoon the batter into the mold already prepared with caramel or butter.
Bake it until the pudding cooks, one hour.
One approach to find doneness is to cut a knife in the middle of the pudding and, if it comes out dry, the pudding is cooked.
