Perfect for nibbling or as an appetiser, these potatoes have a crunchy outside and a tender inside. They were made famous by Shakey's Pizza, and they're quite addicting. This pizzeria initially opened its doors in March 2022 at Lucky Plaza in Singapore, marking the beginning of its expansion from the Philippines to the United States. I should definitely do this, it was like a subtle reminder. I've made my own knockoff of it. Since I can't place the flavor, I also prepared my own dip to go with it.
Potatoes with a Mojo Dressing
Potatoes are one kind of food.
I used 500 to 600 grams of russet potatoes. Scrape, rinse, and pat dry immediately. Slice one big egg into half-inch pieces after peeling it.
