Half a teaspoon of flakes red pepper
half a cup of white wine
Two tsp finely chopped parsley
One can (28 oz) of undrained diced tomatoes
Guidelines:
1. In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil. After browning, put aside the Italian sausage.
2. Sauté the onion, bell peppers, and garlic for three minutes in the same skillet.
3. To enhance tastes, add white wine and boil until nearly evaporated.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for ten minutes to thicken and mix flavors.
5. Add parsley and return the sausage to the skillet. Mix and cook for a further five minutes.
6. Turn down the heat. Prepare noodles according to the package.
7. Empty the noodles into the skillet. For an even coating, toss.
