What You Need: Three Eggs
a total of twelve cups of sugar
12-teaspoons of grease
a dozen tablespoons of butter
12-teaspoon baking powder
Half of a lemon's zest and juice
baking powder, 11 grams
20 centimeter cake pan
Make sure your oven is preheated at 180°C (356°F).
Crack three eggs into a mixing basin.
If using raw eggs, add 12 tablespoons of sugar.
Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour 12 tablespoons of oil over the sugar and egg mixture and stir to combine.
