What you need:
four breasts of chicken, butterfly-style
Half a cup of panko breadcrumbs
grated parmesan cheese, measuring 1 cup
1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese
30 milliliters of finely chopped parsley
Spoonful of dried oregano...
half a bunch of chopped fresh basil
sauce (2 and a half cups)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Cayenne pepper, for seasoning
Here are the directions:
Set oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Evenly coat the base of an 8×8 baking dish with the marinara sauce.
After you've layered the sauce with mozzarella cheese, evenly distribute the chopped basil over top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the chicken breasts. Evenly distribute them in the baking dish above the mozzarella and basil.
Panko bread crumbs, grated parmesan, parsley, and dried oregano should all be mixed together in a basin. Evenly distribute this mixture over the baking dish's chicken breasts.
Cook the chicken for about 1 hour in a preheated oven, or until the topping is crispy and golden.
