Breadsticks with Cheddar and Garlic


Toss in the cheese by evenly coating the dough strips with the shredded mozzarella. Next, finish by topping with grated Parmesan.
Season: If you want to add a little more flavor to the cheese, you may sprinkle some dried oregano on top.
Carefully twist each strip of dough and arrange them on the baking sheet that has been prepared, being sure to leave some space between each breadstick.
Heat oven to warm. Bake breadsticks for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling and breadsticks are golden brown.
Transfer from oven to serving platter when breadsticks have cooled for a few minutes. If preferred, serve warm and dip with marinara sauce.
