Upon removal from the oven, these little ones released a delightful aroma. We devoured it all before supper since everyone had one.


What you need:
1 50/50 ounces standard-purpose flour
half a teaspoon of salt
one egg, somewhat beaten
8 tbsps of chilled, diced butter
2 cups of shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
Finely mince two or three jalapeño peppers.
Instructions:
Separate the flour and salt and mix them together in a considerable basin.
Once the dough is dry and crumbly, cut in the butter.
Add the beaten egg, cheese, and jalapeño, then mix well.
4. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least one hour.
5, Set oven temperature to 400°F.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and space them out on a baking sheet that has been oiled or lined.
Roll out all of the balls using a cup or jar. 7.
Step 8: Bake for about fifteen minutes, or until a little brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool entirely before consumption.
