This loaf was a present from my daughter-in-law, and my husband really loved it. It's rather captivating, to put it mildly.

To make: 2 cups of flour
100 grams of mashed bananas
two eggs
0.5 c. melted unsalted butter
Seven and a half cups of sugar, granulated
1/4 cup of milk
vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
baking powder, 2 teaspoons
One teaspoon of baking soda
In regards to the salted caramel sauce:
1/3 cup of light brown sugar
half a cup of heavy cream
quarter cup of salted butter
half a teaspoon of salt
Get the oven ready by preheating it to 350°F, or 175°C. Oil a loaf pan that measures 9 by 5 inches.
2. In a large mixing basin, combine 3/4 cup of granulated sugar with 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter. Prepare the mixture by adding two eggs, four tablespoons of milk, and one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Step 3: Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate dish. Whisk in 2 teaspoons of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Slowly incorporate into the moist ingredients, then include 1 cup of mashed bananas.
4. Once the loaf pan is ready, pour in the banana bread batter. To test doneness, insert a toothpick and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to cool in a wire rack.
5: In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of salted butter to make the salted caramel sauce. Now add 1 cup of light brown sugar, packed. Combine half a cup of heavy cream with half a teaspoon of salt.  Before simmering for 5 minutes, bring the mixture to a boil. Let cool after removing from heat.

6. Top each portion of bread with caramel sauce.
