This dish, which I received from a French friend, has recently become popular.

What You Need:
Four skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 minced garlic cloves
Chicken broth, 1/4 cup
one-fourth cup of entire grass mustard
One freshly squeezed and zesty lemon
dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon
Optional seasonings: salt & pepper
What to do
1. Put the breasts of chicken into the slow cooker.
2. Combine the chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, mustard, lemon zest and juice, and dried rosemary in a small bowl.
Step 3: Top the chicken in the slow cooker with the mixture.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste to the chicken.
5. To make sure the chicken is cooked and tender, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours in a slow cooker.
6. After cooking, for an extra touch of golden color, broil the chicken breasts for two or three minutes in the oven.

Tips and Variations
You may easily adapt this dish to fit your own taste or dietary restrictions because of how adaptable it is. Incorporate a dash of heavy cream or coconut milk into the sauce in the last half an hour of simmering for a velvety finish. Toss in some red pepper flakes with the garlic mustard mixture for an extra kick. If you're looking to make this a one-pot dinner, throw some potatoes or carrots around the chicken in the slow cooker for the veggie lovers among you. This delicious recipe is made even more special with each little adjustment!
