Swim Biscuits with Butter

In a bowl that can be heated in the microwave, melt the butter. Once melted, transfer it to a baking dish that is either 8×8 or 9×9. Be careful that the pan is neither too shallow nor too small to prevent the butter from dripping out as it bakes.
Scatter the dough evenly around the pan using a spatula after placing it directly on top of the melted butter. Make sure to reach the edges of the pan.
Divide the unbaked dough into nine uniform squares; by now, it should be dripping with butter.
Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
Savor it at any meal of the day! With any dinner, these biscuits are sure to be a welcome addition. Personally, I love these with a dollop of raspberry jam.
