Recipe for Taco Lasagna

In a big, deep pan, brown the ground meat. Brown all sides over medium-high heat; set aside. Garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and taco seasoning should be added. Add the water, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
In the meanwhile, get the oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing the base.
Arrange six tortillas in the baking dish that you have just made. Place a third of the salsa over the tortillas. On top of the salsa, distribute half of the meat mixture. Add half of the green onions and mix to combine. Scatter the green onions with half of the sour cream. Add half a cup of Cheddar and half a cup of Monterey Jack cheese on top. Put on more layers. Spread half of the salsa on top, top with six tortillas, and then top with the other half of the cheese.
After 30–45 minutes in a preheated oven, the cheese should have melted and the top should be golden brown.
