Quite simply, the most delicious egg salad sandwich I've ever had!

Eight eggs
half a cup of mayonese
teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon of dill weed
onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon
paprika, 1/4 teaspoon
Just add salt and pepper to taste.
1. After 9 to 12 minutes of boiling, let the eggs cool and peel.
2. In a mixing dish, add the chopped eggs.
3. Combine with dill weed, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt & pepper. Thoroughly combine.
4. Place the egg salad between bread pieces and assemble the sandwiches. Toss in some lettuce and any other toppings you choose.
