I've never seen my guests enjoy a dish as much as they do this one when I serve it at dinner parties

Two pounds of ground beef
Crushed saltine crackers, about 1 1/2 cups (1 box of crackers)
measuring one cup of milk
Italian herbs, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder
jalapeo pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
Wheat, for use in baking
If you like it spicy, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Given the gravy:
1.5 cups of milk
Two 10.75-ounce cans of mushroom cream soup in a condensed form
1. Grease a 9ŗ13 baking dish and set oven temperature to 350°F.
2 pounds of minced beef, 1 1/2 cups of crumbled saltine crackers, 1 cup of whole milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herbs, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered onion, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne, salt, and pepper should be combined in a bowl.
Make hamburger steaks that are 1/2 inch thick out of the mixture. Dip them into the flour.
4. Place the steaks in a baking dish after browning them in a pan over medium-high heat.
5. Combine 1 1/2 cups of whole milk with 2 cans of condensed mushroom soup and whisk until smooth. When you're ready to bake the steaks, pour the mixture over them.
6. Make sure the gravy is bubbling and the meat is cooked through by covering with foil and baking for 30 minutes.
Let it sit for a few minutes before you serve it. Add whatever garnish you choose! Savor with the accompaniments of your choosing.
