Healthy Taco Salad with Doritos

The Recipe

While the burner is on medium-high heat, add the olive oil and swirl to coat.
Saute the taco seasoning and ground meat until well-done in a pan. Remove any excess fat and allow the meat to cool.
Put the iceberg lettuce in a big bowl after you chop it.
In the same dish as the lettuce, add the cooked meat, chopped tomatoes, Doritos, and Catalina dressing. Mix everything together thoroughly.
For garnish, you can choose to have sour cream and guacamole on top.
