Garlic and Lemon Cure to Clean Arteries and Reduce Cholesterol

Garlic and lemon are known for their potential to cleanse arteries and lower cholesterol levels. This natural remedy combines the cholesterol-reducing properties of garlic's sulfur compounds and the antioxidants, vitamin C, and soluble fiber in lemons. Here's a simple recipe to prepare this healthful mixture.

6 lemons
4 cloves of garlic
3 liters of boiling water

Prepare Garlic and Lemons:
Peel the garlic and chop the cloves into small pieces.
Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, keeping the skin on.
Combine with Boiling Water:
Boil the water and add the chopped garlic.
Allow the mixture to cool, then add the cut lemons.
Divide the mixture into three equal portions and store in tightly sealed jars in the refrigerator for two days.
Filter and Store:
After two days, filter the contents of the jars and place the liquid back in the refrigerator.

Initial Phase: Drink 300 ml of the mixture on an empty stomach in the morning, 40 minutes before breakfast, and the same amount in the evening before bedtime. Continue daily for one week.
Maintenance Phase: If your blood pressure is stable, reduce the intake to one 200 ml glass per day after meals.
This garlic and lemon cure may aid in arterial cleansing and cholesterol management. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new health regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications.
