Sausage Hashbrown Bites



1 lb high-quality ground breakfast sausage, uncooked

8 oz premium cream cheese, room temperature

1 1/2 cups Bisquick or equivalent biscuit mix

1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed


Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns until well combined.

Form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let the bites cool slightly before serving.
