Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy



1 1/2 lbs beef cubes (suitable for stew)
1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (though any creamy soup variant can work)
14 oz. can of beef broth or stock
1 can of drained Mushrooms
Salt & Pepper to taste

Place the beef cubes in the Crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the soup mix, creamy soup, beef broth, and mushrooms.
Pour this mixture over the beef in the Crockpot, ensuring it's mixed well.
Set your Crockpot to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours.
