Whenever I whip up this meal, the house smells divine. This meal is a big hit

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 can Ranch Style beans

10-12 oz tortilla chips, crushed

1 can Rotel tomatoes

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 taco seasoning packet

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and liberally grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Pour off any extra fat.

Stir in onions, beans, tomatoes, water, soup, and taco seasoning. Let the mixture simmer on medium-low heat until it's well-incorporated and heated.

Begin the layering process by spreading half of the crushed chips at the bottom, followed by half of the meat mixture, and then 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Duplicate this layer.

Optional: You can sprinkle some additional crushed chips on top for extra crunch.

Cover the casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until you see a bubbly reaction.

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before dishing out.

Mexican Casserole isn't just a dish; it's an experience. A true embodiment of the rich and diverse flavors of Mexico, this dish promises a culinary journey with each bite. Serve it as the main attraction or as a component of a broader Mexican gastronomic adventure. Either way, it's bound to be a hit. Bon appétit!
