Ingredients:
8 eggs, hard-boiled
2 tablespoons of creamy mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of your favorite prepared Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 teaspoons of tangy vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of fine salt
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
A pinch of chili pepper
A dash of onion powder
A sprinkle of ranch dressing mix or dried parsley
3 slices of bacon, sizzling and chopped
Steps:
Arrange your eggs in a saucepan in a single layer and fill it with water until the eggs are submerged by about 1/2 inch. Bring the water to a gentle boil. Once it starts bubbling, reduce the heat to low and let them simmer for a minute. After that, let them sit in cold water for around 14 minutes. Drain the eggs and let them cool under cold running water for a minute or so.
Next, you'll want to peel the eggs. Do this gently under running water, then pat them dry with some paper towels. Once they're cool enough to handle, slice each egg in half and carefully remove the yolks.
In a separate bowl, blend the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Get creative and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
