Sausage cream and cheese



°1 pound ground sausage, breakfast, Italian or other
°1 C. Grated cheese of your choice
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°2 chilled croissants
°Pepper to taste

* How to make :

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Roll the croissants flat and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
Cook the minced sausage until nicely browned.
Add the cooled sausage to the mixing bowl along with the cream cheese, shredded cheese of your choice, and pepper to taste. Stir until completely homogeneous.
Place a small ball of the sausage mixture on top of each croissant, where it is fattiest.
Starting at the larger end, roll the dough for the croissant roll over the sausage filling to form a small stuffed croissant roll.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
