°1 pound lean ground beef
°1 yellow onion, finely chopped
°1 chopped green pepper
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon cornstarch
°1 cup beef broth
°1/4 cup gravy
°1 teaspoon steak seasoning
°Slices of provolone cheese
°Hamburger buns, sliders, etc. 

*How to Make :

In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef, onion, green pepper and salt until the beef is no longer pink. to flow.
Stir cornstarch into ground beef and stir until meat is coated in cornstarch. Adding beef broth, A-1 sauce & steak seasoning. Mixing & bring to a boil.
Time boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stir occasionally, for 10 minutes. The mixture should thicken and will thicken once removed from the heat.
While the meat is boiling, turn the oven to broil and place the buns on the cookie sheet. Butter each loaf. Grill it for just a few mn. Watch as it can burn easily.
When the meat is cooked through, use a slotted spoon to scoop it out of each bottom bun. Placing slice provolone cheese on top of cake. Grill for a few more mn to the cheese melts.
Place top bun with cheese on bottom bun with Philly Cheese Steak.
