Doritos Chicken Casserole



°1 14.5 oz. Packet of Doritos chips with nacho cheese, lightly crushed
°2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
°1 13.25 oz. A can of black beans, washed and drained
°1 13.25 oz. Corn kernels can be whole, rinsed and drained
°1 1/2 cups shredded and divided Mexican cheese
°1 10oz. Tomatoes can be cut with green pepper
°1 4 oz. Green pepper can be cut into cubes
°1 10.75 oz. Condensed chicken soup can be spread
°1 8 oz. sour cream container
°1 tablespoon taco seasoning

*How to Make:

Preheat oven 350°F and grease a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, diced tomatoes, green peppers, cream of chicken, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix them until they are completely combined.

Spread half of the lightly crushed Doritos chips in the baking dish, then pour the chicken mixture on top and spread it into an even layer.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with remaining Doritos and cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Take it out of oven and serve it hot, garnished with cilantro as you like.
