Ingredients:

1 cup of vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
1 cup of pecans, finely chopped
1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 cup of Confectioners sugar
16 ounces of whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
2 small boxes of instant Cheesecake pudding mix
3 cups of milk
1 can of Cherry Pie filling
½ cup of chopped pecans
Instructions:

Step One:
Merge the crushed vanilla wafer cookies, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter in a bowl. Firmly press this mixture into the base of a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

Step Two:
In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Confectioner's sugar, and 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until you get a smooth blend. Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread this creamy layer over it. In a separate bowl, combine the cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup of whipped topping, ensuring a smooth blend.

Step Three:
Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the dish. Top it with a can of Cherry Pie filling, the remaining whipped topping, and sprinkle ½ cup of chopped pecans.

Leave the dessert to refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, before you enjoy this delightful treat!
