°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
°3/4 cup milk

*How to make:

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Using a pastry blender or your fingers, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Make a hole in the center of the mixture and pour in the curd. Stirring  to the dough holds together.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead gently several times. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 1 inch thick. Using a 2-inch cookie cutter, cut out as many cookies as possible and place them on a baking sheet. Gather the scraps and fold again, cutting out additional cookies until all the dough is used.
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Her feet are hot. Enjoy!
