*Ingredients
°1.20 kg of potatoes
°400 g smoke sausages
°100g onion
°20g olive oil
°5 g thyme, 1 tsp
*Preparation
Peeled & cutting potatoes into pieces. Cut the sausages into rounds. Peel and mince the onion.
Cook the potatoes in a pan with 10g of olive oil for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, add the remaining olive oil and brown the onion and sausages. Time they are golden, adding potatoes also heat through for 5 mn.
Sprinkle with thyme and serve immediately.
