Procedure:

Begin by arranging a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip and vanilla pudding mix.

Gradually add in the milk, mixing continuously to ensure a smooth, creamy texture.

Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.

Repeat the process once more by adding the remaining pudding mixture, followed by a final layer of graham crackers.

Generously spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers, making sure it is completely covered.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, allowing the cake to set and the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled and bask in the luxurious taste of your French Eclair Cake!

Tip: For an even richer experience, you can use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip and make your own chocolate ganache for the frosting.

Bon Appétit! This Eclair Cake is bound to impress your guests and satisfy your sweet tooth with its exquisite flavors and textures.
