Cub Steak with Onion Gravy


°1 1/2 pounds cub steak
°1/3 c flour
°1/2 tsp garlic salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°1/2 cup vegetable oil
°1 large onion, sliced
°1 (14 ounces) beef broth
 °1 package dry onion soup mix

Combine flour, garlic salt and black pepper in a pie plate or shallow dish. Dip both sides of the cubed steak in the flour mixture.
