*Ingredients
°4 salmon fillets, salted and seasoned to taste
°6 tbsp. Unsalted butter at room temperature (see note) 1/3 cup honey
°Season with Cajun seasoning
°2 tablespoons garlic powder
°2 tbsp. italian season
°2 tbsp. Paprika (smok paprika)
°cayenne pepper (1 tsp)
°1 tsp onion powder
°1 tsp cracked black pepper – or 1/2 tsp finely ground black pepper
°Quarter teaspoon of salt
°1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
* Methods :
Combine the Cajun Season ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the butter for 2 minutes using an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Mix honey and cream in a blender until smooth. 1 tablespoon combined Cajun seasoning (leftover seasoning can be stored for up to 3 months in an airtight container)
Use a paper towel, pat salmon fillets dry on all sides. Seasoning with salt also pepper to taste after rubb it with oil.
Cook salmon 6 to 8 minutes per side on a preheated grill or grill pan, or until opaque and crispy.
Spread a generous amount of Cajun Honey Butter on each slice after turning off the grill (or the stovetop if using a grill pan).
Let the butter melt for 30 seconds, then spread it over the salmon with the back of a spoon. Flip it over and do the same on the other side.
If preferred, garnish with cilantro or chopped parsley and serve immediately.
