*Ingredients:
°4 cups cold mashed potatoes
°5 slices of bacon
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°2 eggs well beaten
°1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
*Directions:
Placing bacon in , deep skillet, cook on medium-high heat, turn occasionally, until evenly browned & crispy, for 10 mn.
Remove bacon slices, crumble and set aside. Leave bacon grease in skillet.
Blend mash potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt also black pepper in bowl;
stirring in crumbled bacon & Cheddar cheese.
Shape mix to 8 patties.
Heat bacon fat over medium heat, sauté patties in fat until crisp on each side, about 4 minutes per side
