Long John Silver’s Batter

* ingredients :

3/4 c flour

2 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 c water

*Directions:

Sifting dry ingredients.

Adding water also blending well.

Use to coat fish or chicken filets.

Covering fish completely.

Deeping fry to a nice golden brown.
