Homemade Twix Cookies!




*Ingredients

+Biscuit:
°1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
°1 cup powdered sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3 cups flour
°3/4 tsp salt
+Caramel layer:
°15 oz bag of Kraft Caramel
°2 tablespoons evaporated milk
+Chocolate Layer:
°2 cups of Ghiradellhi dark chocolate

*Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
In  bowl, add your butter also sugar also using an electric mixer cream ingredients together.
Add vanilla, flour and salt and mix until well blended.
Using a cutting board or your counter, add flour to the surface. Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thick.
Using  round cookie cutter, cutting out cookies.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the cookies on the baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Removing from oven and letting cookies cool totally.
In a medium saucepan, add your caramel and evaporated milk. Set your heat to medium and stir until melted.
Take a spoon and drop melted caramel on the cookies and spread them from edge to edge all over the surface.
Let the cookie rest for the caramel to set.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate wafers for 30 seconds and repeat as needed.
Spread on top of the cooled caramel.
Let the chocolate set before eating and serving.
