*INGREDIENTS:
°3 mashed bananas (ripe)
°2 cups of oats
°1/4 cup almond milk
°1/4 cup raisins or walnuts
°1 cup good quality dark chocolate chunks (Lily brand is my favorite)
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
*DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients together and
bake 15-20 minutes. SUGAR FREE! NO FLOUR!
